IMPORTANT CLIENT UPDATE LYDD BRANCH 1 JANUARY 2024

We are currently operating with fewer staff than usual so are temporarily having to adjust our ways of working.

Due to operating with fewer staff than usual and after careful consideration, Cinque Ports Lydd will temporarily close on January 1, 2024 for the foreseeable future. This decision was not made lightly, and we understand the impact it may have on you and your beloved pets.

This decision has been made to consolidate our services and improve the overall quality of veterinary care we provide to our clients and their pets. Rest assured, our other branches in nearby areas will continue to operate, and our dedicated staff will be more than happy to assist you at those locations.

Cinque Ports Lydd

Lydd Veterinary Surgery is situated on Station Road. We are an RCVS accredited practice with late opening until 7pm on Mondays. Consultations and operations are performed on site with pets requiring further diagnostic investigations being referred to our Cinque Ports Veterinary Hospital – Kingsnorth or our Rye branch.

Please note that our Lydd branch currently only has roadside parking available. If you require assistance transporting your pets from the car to the surgery please call into Reception and they will be happy to help you.
